Position Overview:

The Grant Coordinator will oversee the entire lifecycle of training grants, ensuring meticulous management from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with fellowship grants across various academic levels, including undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral programs, to ensure accurate completion of necessary documentation.

The Coordinator will engage with grants originating from esteemed research organizations, such as the NIH, and will provide vital support to faculty in preparing all elements of the pre-award submission process. This includes, but is not limited to, budget preparation, justification, various sponsor forms, and associated documentation, along with internal records.

Additionally, the Coordinator will assist faculty in all aspects of post-award administration, representing the division at departmental, school, and university research administration meetings. They will serve as a key resource for fund management and research administration training.

Compliance and Accuracy:
The Coordinator will ensure the precision of funding source data utilized for academic funding sheets for division faculty, adhering to the guidelines, timelines, and policies set forth by extramural agencies and the university.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000.

Qualifications:
