Role Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a crucial link between our facility and the community, as well as with referral agencies. This role is pivotal in generating interest in our services through ethical marketing strategies and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to enhance the facility's public image.
  • Implement the strategic sales plan to boost brand recognition and effectively manage assigned territories and accounts.
  • Work towards achieving departmental and organizational business development objectives.
  • Exhibit professionalism and resourcefulness in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in marketing or sales within a behavioral healthcare context (preferred).
  • A minimum of three years of documented experience in referral development, account management, and sales growth.
  • Familiarity with the local behavioral health market, including insurance plans and referral sources (preferred).
  • A valid Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed.
