Direct Market Manager Opportunity

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Arkansas - Conway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Excellence: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of enrollment specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient management of inventory, ensuring that enrollment specialists have the necessary resources to engage with customers.
  • Strategic Location Scouting: Identify and secure optimal partner locations within Arkansas - Conway to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, providing comprehensive training to ensure product knowledge and compliance standards.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, implementing quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Audit and Reporting: Execute thorough audits and manage detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment outcomes.
