The Patient Service Representative plays a critical role in providing exceptional patient experiences at the Bedford-Stuyvesant Family Health Center. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for obtaining and verifying patient demographic and insurance information, confirming patient eligibility, and initiating the registration process.

You will also schedule appointments, perform general clerical duties, and answer phone calls. With two years of relevant work experience preferred, you must be flexible with your work schedule and available to work rotating weekends and up to 7pm. Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with BSFHC policy and HIPAA regulations is essential.

We offer a competitive salary estimate of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous paid vacations, sick days, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability, transportation plan, and holidays. We are an equal opportunity employer.
