Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Service Coordinator to join our team at UDR, Inc. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing satisfying solutions to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the community management team to resolve resident concerns and complaints.
  • Welcome prospects, residents, and vendors, and answer inquiries about the property, company, lease details, and amenities.
  • Organize incoming packages systematically and provide keys/fobs to residents or contractors.
  • Plan, promote, and produce events and activities to increase resident retention.
  • Manage key policy and process, and interact with walk-in prospects to show the property and answer questions.
  • Provide resident keys/fobs and property orientation, explaining community amenities and unit features.
  • Communicate and verify compliance with mandatory renters' insurance and schedule move-in appointments.
  • Work closely with the Centralized Admin, Centralized Sales, and Renewal teams to ensure leasing and renewal goals are met.
  • Utilize the Sugar CRM to effectively manage resident relations, service requests, and resident communications.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Multi-Family, Hospitality, and/or Retail industry experience
  • Minimum of one year of office experience
