**Job Summary**

As a Resident Services Concierge at Virginia Health Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to greet, assist, and direct visitors to their designated visitation destinations. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that health screenings are completed for each visitor and assisting with front desk responsibilities as needed. This may include handling phones, mail, and deliveries. You will also be responsible for ensuring that resident visitation guidelines are being followed and coordinating and communicating visitation schedules with residents, staff, and families.

**Key Responsibilities**
