**Job Title:** Research and Development Associate

At Nocturnal, we are seeking a highly motivated Research and Development Associate to join our team. As a Research and Development Associate, you will assist with participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment for research studies related to wearable technology and Human-Computer Interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct informed consent procedures and ensure participant confidentiality throughout the research process.
  • Collect and manage study data, including wearable device data, surveys, and interviews.
  • Assist with data analysis by cleaning, processing, and visualizing research data.
  • C coordinate study logistics, including scheduling participant appointments and managing study materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of study procedures and participant interactions.
  • Assist in the development of study reports, presentations, and publications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, kinesiology, public health, or computer science.
  • Research experience in wearable technology or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of research ethics and human subjects protection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
