We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterology Research Specialist to join our research team at Brigham & Women's Hospital. In this role, you will work closely with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, animal studies teams, and physicians to develop and implement strategies for improving study logistics and execution.

Key responsibilities include leading design engineering efforts, working with machine vendors and internal teams to identify and develop breakthrough capabilities in medical device production, and recruiting and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a BS in electrical engineering and extensive experience in device design and development, including miniaturized PCB fabrication and programming.

This position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
