This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role at our International property in Kansas City, MO, offering a competitive pay rate of $19/hour. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.



Your key responsibilities will include:



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: You'll work tirelessly to ensure our residents receive the highest level of service, exceeding industry standards and consistently meeting their expectations.
  • Conflict Resolution: You'll handle resident complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Move-In and Move-Out Processes: You'll oversee all move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents.
  • Account Management: You'll monitor resident account status, initiate delinquency calls, and appear in court for evictions cases if needed.
  • Partnerships and Communication: You'll work closely with maintenance to identify building improvements and proactively address resident concerns.
  • Work Order Management: You'll track progress and completion of high-priority and emergency work orders, ensuring resident needs are met.
  • Additional Responsibilities: You'll perform other duties and assignments as required, contributing to the success of our team.


Qualifications:


  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You'll provide top-notch service, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care.
  • Leasing/Customer Service Experience: Leasing or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Multi-Family Property Management Experience: Experience in multi-family property management is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You'll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interacting with management, peers, residents, and prospects in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll be able to retain composure in a sometimes-stressful environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Available to Work a Flexible Schedule: You'll be available to work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with occasional weekends.
