Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and attention. Your primary responsibilities will include:




  • Providing a warm and welcoming environment for guests, including their children and fellow teammates
  • Managing the desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log
  • Tracking and filtering all incoming calls and taking messages
  • Communicating effectively with the Guest Services Manager and Greeters
  • Producing Daily Reports: Daily Update (1, 5, Close), Performance Metric (core Guest Services reports)
  • Walking around the showroom hourly to offer refreshments to guests
  • Providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests
  • Participating in required training and following Safeguards rules and regulations


Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for:




  • Managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
  • Directing phone calls to the appropriate person and taking accurate messages
  • Directing customers to the appropriate person or department
  • Reconciling/updates data entry with dealership software
  • Providing new hire Customer Management training when requested
  • Maintaining CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area
  • Participating in required training and following Safeguards rules and regulations
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:




  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Up to 3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products
  • An ability to learn Dealership Management System and web-based applications utilized in operations
  • A valid driver's license
