Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional service quality for all guests.
  • Oversee and manage the Front Desk team’s daily activities.
  • Encourage teamwork and enhance Associate morale.
  • Enforce company policies and maintain a safe work environment through compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor adherence to Front Desk uniform and brand standards.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for Front Desk staff.
  • Onboard and train new team members.
  • Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills and knowledge of Front Desk Associates.
  • Propose initiatives to motivate team members towards achieving their goals.
  • Recommend personnel actions such as promotions and disciplinary measures.
  • Assist with payroll processing as needed.
  • Ensure daily financial balancing and report discrepancies to management.
  • Complete end-of-period tasks, including cash audits and inventory checks.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk role is required.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma; some college education is preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Ability to lead, train, and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
