Our Team
We're seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals. As a key member of our events team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the success of our events in our state-of-the-art event space.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers, adhering to established guidelines and safety protocols.
- Provide cordial, efficient, and professional service to guests, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges in accordance with company policies.
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Comply with state liquor laws and maintain established pars to optimize profitability.
- Perform sidework duties as scheduled, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Bartending training and certification, with TIPS certification preferred.
- 6 months of bartending experience, with a strong focus on quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to lift 20-40 pounds, push carts, and stand for extended periods, with occasional climbing of 12 steps.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on multitasking and attention to detail.
