Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, associate morale, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk staff.
  • Team Development: Promote teamwork and associate morale.
  • Compliance: Interpret company policies and ensure compliance with safety programs and training.
  • Uniform Standards: Monitor and enforce Front Desk uniform brand and company standards.
  • Interviewing and Training: Participate in the interviewing process for Front Desk Associates and orient and train new associates.
  • Performance Management: Conduct ongoing training of all Front Desk Associates to increase job knowledge and skill level.
  • Initiatives and Recommendations: Initiate or suggest plans to motivate associates to achieve work-related goals and recommend or initiate personnel actions.
  • Payroll and Operations: Assist Operations Manager, AGM, or GCM with the payroll process and ensure the hotel is balanced daily.
  • Guest Complaints: Respond to any guest complaint in a timely, professional, and hospitable manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior Front Desk experience is required.
  • Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma and some college preferred.
  • Skills: Solid computer skills, including core Microsoft applications, and a good command of the English language.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
