Business Development Specialist

AVL Test Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Key Account Manager. This position will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements to enhance the company's product/service offerings and market presence.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and benefits.
- Address any concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively.
- Document all sales activity in the corporate CRM system per standards.
- Follow all required sales processes for quotes and proposal generation and tracking.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, marketing, engineering, or related area.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience in sales/technical/business.
- In-depth technical understanding of customer demands.
- In-depth knowledge of mobility market trends, products, and key corporations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Demonstrated superior sales experience, or goal recognition required.
- Experience with a formal sales process, and CRM system preferred.
- Domestic Travel can range from approximately 5 – 50%, depending on specific account base. Minimal overseas travel required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
