Position Overview:


As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Community Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the property.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent occupancy levels and achieve financial objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Community Manager in training, guiding, and motivating site staff.
  • Build positive connections within the community.
  • Be available for on-call duties as scheduled by management.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Experience with Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate properties is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
