As a key representative of our community, Leasing Specialists play a vital role in engaging potential residents, showcasing the unique features and advantages of our properties, and effectively securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect deposits and process applications for prospective residents.
- Ensure model and target apartments are ready for viewing and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, current market trends, and community policies, ensuring clarity on application requirements and screening processes.
- Employ effective customer service and sales techniques.
- Maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses to distribute informational materials.
- Conduct market research on competing properties and engage in outreach marketing.
- Develop and implement ongoing resident retention initiatives.
- Create and manage new resident move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
- Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Address resident requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in a dynamic work environment.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience in a leasing capacity is preferred.
- Must possess reliable transportation.

Compensation:
- Full-Time: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
