Business Growth Strategist

At Walmart, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to identify insights that can positively impact Walmart customer experience and supplier/brand performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field, and 2 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 4 years' experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
- Analytical Skills: Possess an analytic skill set and technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex datasets for customers.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with the ability to understand, communicate, and manage mutual value propositions, risks, and benefits.
- Experience Working with Data: Experience working for a 3rd-party data/insights supplier (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar) or as a merchant in analytics, insight, or operations with Walmart or another national retailer.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Retail Link, SQL, and/or Alteryx.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$155,000 per year, including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include stock options and other incentives. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, among others.
