Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.">
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing goals, objectives, and KPIs, and develop plans to achieve them.">
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events.">
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic.">
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, email newsletters, social media, and marketing collateral.">
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies.">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, technology, and industry developments to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.">
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives as needed.">
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide insights and feedback for product development and enhancements.">
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help team members grow and succeed.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.">
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.">
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.">
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to track performance and measure ROI.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.">
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.">
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.">

Location and Salary

This is a full-time onsite position at our Playa Vista, CA headquarters. The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000 annually, based on the location and industry standards.
