The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food products in a timely manner. This includes maintaining inventory levels, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, and providing guidance to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cooking Operations: Oversee food preparation and cooking, ensuring that dishes meet company standards.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Maintain kitchen equipment, ensure regular cleaning, and promote a clean and safe working environment.
  • Labor Management: Monitor labor costs, ensure efficient use of resources, and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop junior staff members.
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
