Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will operate under general supervision to deliver engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for CRM products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical and programming assistance to support the sales and clinical teams.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Gaining expertise in complex programming and case support.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Offering technical support for procedures and inquiries on a 24-hour, on-call basis.

Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to achieve certification on all CRM products.
- 0-2 years of experience in the medical device industry or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Preferred:
- Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and complete extensive training programs.
