Key Responsibilities
Role Summary: As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will provide essential technical and supportive services during both diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures, working under the direct supervision of the Cath Lab Clinical Coordinator. Your responsibilities may include the management and distribution of medical supplies, including medications and equipment, in accordance with established hospital protocols.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory, with a solid understanding of cardiac rhythms, basic 12-lead ECG interpretation, and cardiac hemodynamics.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Radiology Technician with an active x-ray and fluoroscopy license, registry eligibility as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), and familiarity with cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics is preferred.
  • Registry certification as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Relevant titles such as "cath lab technician," "cardiovascular invasive specialist," "ECG technician," or "RCIS technician" are considered advantageous.
