**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Professional to lead our store as General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional client experiences, and managing the store's daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth. You will be passionate about the luxury retail industry, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and inspire your team.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client experiences
  • Manage the store's daily operations, including labor and supply budgets
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury retail market and stay up-to-date on industry trends

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar retail management field
  • College/Post-Secondary degree preferred
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports
  • Demonstrated experience in executing Sales Management Trainings and Presentations
  • Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
