Job Title: Senior Residential Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Senior Residential Support Specialist to join our team at North Suffolk Community Services Inc. in Boston, MA. This role comes with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Residential Support Specialist will be responsible for providing individualized support services to residents, including daily living skills training, medication management, and social/recreational activities.

  • Assist residents with identifying personal goals and developing recovery plans.
  • Provide transportation and other necessary services as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to become certified in MAP and CPR/First Aid within five months of hire.
