Catamount Builders Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Construction Director to oversee high-end residential construction projects from conception to completion.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in residential construction management, with a strong understanding of risk management policies and procedures. They will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and vendors, overseeing project permits and design evaluations, and collaborating with architects and construction crews to ensure feasibility.

  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Conduct on-site meetings with clients, architects, and construction crews
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They must be able to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.

  • Advanced degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
  • Strong technical skills and ability to read architectural plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
