  • Schedule Service Appointments: Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal overtime and optimal routing.

  • Ensure Service Levels: Verify that necessary parts are available to maintain high service levels and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage Technician Schedules: Coordinate and manage technician schedules throughout the day to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting, providing customer service.
  • Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and above-average computer skills, including typing at a minimum of 35 wpm with high accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with people at all levels in a professional and courteous manner.
