Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Leader who will serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive environment that promotes teamwork and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in enhancing team capabilities to deliver the Smoothie King Experience to both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and onboarding team members who share our mission and dedication to service.
  • Training and Development: Ensure team members are equipped for success through strategic scheduling and tailored training programs that address skill gaps.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize operational tools to maintain high standards of food safety, store cleanliness, and overall brand compliance.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Team Engagement: Lead by example, setting clear performance expectations and recognizing team achievements through various recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management preferred.

  • ServSafe Certification is a plus.
