Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Store Operations Leader who will serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive environment that promotes teamwork and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in enhancing team capabilities to deliver the Smoothie King Experience to both guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting and onboarding team members who share our mission and dedication to service.
- Training and Development: Ensure team members are equipped for success through strategic scheduling and tailored training programs that address skill gaps.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize operational tools to maintain high standards of food safety, store cleanliness, and overall brand compliance.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Team Engagement: Lead by example, setting clear performance expectations and recognizing team achievements through various recognition programs.

Qualifications:

- ServSafe Certification is a plus.
