Position Overview

Living Spaces Furniture is expanding and is in search of seasoned Retail Managers to oversee operations in a high-volume retail environment. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Guide and mentor the supervisory team to ensure clarity in individual roles and contributions to store operations.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and store presentation while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

  • Ensure optimal staffing levels with qualified individuals to meet operational standards.
  • Verify that all team members complete necessary training and demonstrate proficiency in executing company expectations.
  • Monitor compliance with merchandising and visual presentation standards.
  • Assist the Logistics team in managing product flow and inventory accuracy.
  • Engage with guests on the sales floor to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Promote the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model through effective team leadership.
  • Drive accountability and performance results through coaching and mentoring.
  • Implement and uphold brand presentation standards as outlined in company guidelines.
  • Foster a positive store culture that encourages teamwork and achievement of goals.
  • Manage store operations, including cash handling and security protocols.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role and 3 years in a management capacity is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role.

Leadership Responsibilities: This position will oversee the sales supervisory team, driving the execution of business strategies to meet organizational goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to maintain trust with stakeholders.
