Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture customer relationships to drive new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Expand store growth by leveraging business partnerships, securing referrals, and engaging in community events.
  • Mentor and develop Team Members, facilitating employee management and training to maximize team potential.
  • Oversee store performance by achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guiding Team Members through performance analysis and training.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and manage proper opening and closing procedures, including vault management and cash handling.
  • Supervise account management and recovery processes with a strong emphasis on customer service to mitigate loss and charge-off accounts.
  • Maintain compliance with Company policies and local, state, and federal regulations within the work environment.
  • Monitor and uphold the store's internal and external appearance, addressing maintenance needs as required.
  • Assist in daily operations and store management in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Utilize your personal vehicle for company-related tasks, including bank deposits.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks to meet both individual and team performance standards.
  • Employ strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and engage with customers and Team Members at all levels.
  • Commit to a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, as required for this role.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems is required.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for work-related tasks are mandatory.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • A background check is required, subject to applicable law.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate degree or higher is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
