About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Reece Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and pursuing them to generate new business and additional revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned new business goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Travel to customer sites to ensure satisfaction with our products and services
  • Collaborate with branch managers and team members to promote sales at the branch level
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
