Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate industry, including investment, finance, development, asset management, leasing, and acquisitions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
