As a Nurse Practitioner in Radiation Therapy, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing radiation therapy, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical assessments, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborating with oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, manage symptoms, and promote patient comfort and well-being.
  • Foster open communication with patients and families, addressing concerns and providing emotional support.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • A valid APRN license in the State of Arkansas.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation oncology or a related field.
  • Current certifications in oncology nursing and pharmacology.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
