Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at CARTI. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting radiation therapy procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate treatment plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct radiation therapy procedures according to physician orders and departmental guidelines
- Prepare set-ups within established parameters and calculate monitor units
- Record patient treatment information in charts while maintaining confidentiality
- Communicate with patients and families regarding routine procedures, appointments, skin care, and proper attire

Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited program in radiation therapy technology
- Current registration as a radiation therapist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry eligibility with a passing score within 360 days
- Licensure as a radiation therapist with the Arkansas Department of Health
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in radiation therapy technology with knowledge of institution and departmental policies, chart coding, scheduling, and equipment operation

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
