We are proud to offer a competitive salary of $**70,000 - $100,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
About the Role- Provide high-quality patient care to infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and outcomes.
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives to patients and families.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas or compact state
- Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or similar role
