Chief Financial Officer

JK Executive Strategies LLC is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our client's entities, including strategic financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction for financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with other executives to align financial goals with corporate strategy.
- Manage and coordinate valuation models with the Portfolio and Fund Management teams from ownership.
- Develop strategies and metrics to provide continuous valuation and net asset value (NAV) growth.
- Support M&A activities in support of valuation growth.
- Oversee the accounting, treasury, and budgeting functions.
- Manage financial risks and ensure sound internal controls are in place.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results and forecasts.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Perform regular financial analysis and variance reporting to monitor performance against budget.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adjust forecasts as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial management role (10+ years).
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance metrics.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in financial software, Great Plains is a plus, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to streamline and improve processes to gain organizational efficiencies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
$215K to $235K annually + variable compensation
