The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Growth Officer to join our team at MMB+CO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a multi-disciplinary marketing and business development strategy to drive growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with our Partner group to define brand strategy and oversee the implementation of marketing activities
  • Design and deliver an integrated go-to-market strategy for growing net-new clients based on performance targets
  • Manage a referral/lead program from outside sources and track sources and programming to recognize and leverage its value
  • Consult with our team members on in-play prospect opportunities and provide resources and support to close the opportunity
  • Oversee public relations by guiding the strategy and implementation for informing external audiences
  • Manage the life cycle of images, video, multimedia, and text, ensuring design/creation follows established guidelines and storage and retrieval management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Partner group and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies
