This role primarily focuses on the northwest metro area.

Position Summary:

City Wide Facility Solutions is expanding, and we are in search of a proactive Facilities Services Manager. As a family-owned enterprise, we deliver comprehensive building maintenance services to over 600 commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with both contracted and potential clients.
  • Drive business growth through the sale of contract and non-contract services while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee compliance of Independent Contractors with service agreements.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a dynamic work environment.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to address operational needs and enhance service delivery.

Essential Duties:

  • Ensure all tasks related to business operations and customer contracts are performed satisfactorily.
  • Identify opportunities for non-contract services and pursue new business avenues.
  • Evaluate customer service requests to determine compliance and potential service expansions.
  • Coordinate transportation of company equipment when necessary.
  • Assist in the development of new business through outreach and networking.
  • Prepare analytical reports to optimize service processes and operations.
  • Foster relationships with upper management in client accounts to improve operational practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with client contracts and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence client decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves regular travel to client sites, requiring the ability to lift and move equipment as needed. A valid driver's license is essential.
