About Us: Ally Behavior Centers is a vibrant and fulfilling workplace that provides exceptional growth and leadership opportunities within a supportive and engaging atmosphere. We specialize in center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, aged 18 months to 6 years. Our mission is to deliver top-notch therapy that enables our young learners to enhance their communication skills, improve social interactions, and prepare for academic achievement. The children we support are central to our mission, and we are dedicated to making a significant difference in their lives and those of their families. Our collaborative start-up culture is driven by a diverse team of professionals and our core values of transparency, accountability, respect, and growth. Our comprehensive onboarding and training will equip you to provide the highest quality ABA therapy to our clients.

Position Summary: We are seeking a Healthcare Relationship Manager who will cultivate and sustain connections with medical professionals in the community to effectively broaden our network of children and families served. This role involves bridging the gap between primary care providers and our services by sharing our narrative. After training, you will primarily engage with physicians, distribute informational materials, organize educational sessions, and more. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys spending time in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a structured outreach schedule that aligns geographically.
  • Excel in follow-up and relationship-building to ensure potential referral sources understand the types of children we serve and how to connect those families with our services.
  • Educate medical providers, therapists, and educators in the pediatric community about our mission and service offerings to position us as the leading provider of diagnostic and therapeutic services for children with autism.
  • Facilitate effective communication between providers and Ally Behavior Centers.
  • Develop referral relationships that contribute to client acquisition while upholding our high standards in all interactions.
  • Work independently and travel within designated metropolitan areas as required.
  • Conduct accurate and timely data entry and categorization in our CRM system.
  • Support the overall sales process, work towards established goals, and report achievements to the team.
  • Engage in additional marketing responsibilities, including creating new marketing materials, organizing events for the referral community, and distributing collaboration reports for providers with enrolled patients.

Qualifications:

  • We seek an energetic and outgoing individual eager to make an impact in the healthcare sector and comfortable with diverse responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, or Communication, along with relevant experience, is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare is necessary; 1 to 2 years of ABA experience is advantageous.
  • Compassionate with a high emotional intelligence, you take pride in delivering excellent customer service and enhancing patient experiences.
  • Proven ability to maintain and nurture professional relationships.
  • A diverse range of interests and passions that you can deeply engage with.
  • A strong work ethic, driven by a desire to achieve excellence and contribute to meaningful projects.
  • Self-motivated with aspirations for growth within our expanding organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to adapt to meet our mission.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, which should be evident in your cover letter.
  • Must successfully pass background checks as required.

At Ally Behavior Centers, we pride ourselves on our start-up mentality and our commitment to hiring the most talented and dedicated individuals. If you are looking for a role that goes beyond the ordinary and are ready to embrace challenges, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time salaried position with a competitive salary range.
  • Guaranteed bi-weekly pay.
  • Generous paid time off and holidays.
  • Professional development and continuing education support.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Employer-paid short-term disability.
  • Employee assistance programs and various insurance options.
