Position Summary: We are seeking a Physician Liaison to cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals in the community, enabling us to broaden our network of children and families. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between primary care providers and our services by effectively communicating our mission. Once training is completed, your role will primarily involve engaging with physicians, distributing informational materials, organizing educational sessions, and more. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys being active in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a structured outreach schedule that is geographically logical.
  • Excel in follow-up and relationship-building to ensure potential referral sources understand the children we serve and how to connect those families with our services.
  • Educate medical providers, therapists, and educators in the pediatric community about Ally's mission and service offerings to position us as a leader in diagnostic and therapeutic services for children with autism.
  • Facilitate effective communication between providers and Ally Behavior Centers.
  • Develop referral relationships that contribute to client acquisition while upholding Ally's high standards in all interactions.
  • Work independently and travel within designated metropolitan areas as required.
  • Conduct accurate and timely data entry in the CRM system.
  • Support the overall sales process, striving towards goals and reporting achievements to the team.
  • Engage in additional marketing tasks, including creating new marketing materials, organizing events for the referral community, and distributing collaboration reports for providers with enrolled patients.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is an energetic and outgoing individual eager to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector and adaptable to various roles.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, or Communication, along with relevant experience, is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare is necessary; 1 to 2 years of ABA experience is advantageous.
  • Compassionate with a high emotional intelligence, understanding the needs of families with children facing developmental challenges. A commitment to excellent customer service and patient experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to maintain and nurture professional relationships.

  • A strong work ethic and a desire to contribute meaningfully rather than merely fulfilling job requirements.
