We're seeking a Compensation Strategies Director to join our Talent & Culture organization. This role will lead the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales compensation design and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.Responsibilities:
Lead the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization
Liaise with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs
Analyze market compensation survey results and advise client groups on competitive positions, market trends, and insights
Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines and analyze budget versus spend
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Microsoft Office applications proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytic aptitude, including the capacity to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions
Excellent project management skills, including robust follow-up and detail tracking
Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce work at volume, being a team player with a positive attitude and a strong capacity to work with limited supervision
