Compensation Program Manager

As a Compensation Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategy, ensuring that our practices align with global regulations and support our strategic objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration. As a Compensation Program Manager, you'll work closely with partners across Employee Experience and beyond to design and execute competitive compensation programs that promote employee retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to short- and long-term incentive programs
  • Lead the design and execution of Adobe's retention strategies and Total Direct Compensation (TDC) initiatives
  • Prepare compensation analyses, financial models, forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leaders and executives
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management team to deliver bonus program education and support to all employees
  • Design and lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to highlight key achievements, upcoming initiatives, and lessons learned from the Global Compensation team

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of global compensation experience
  • Experience working with compensation program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends/costs, and modeling outcomes
  • Familiarity with compensation compliance rules globally
  • Strong Excel skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the capability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Resourceful self-starter
  • Proficiency with HRIS, Workday preferred, and market analysis tools

At Adobe, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $70,100 to $160,100 annually, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
