We are seeking an experienced ERP Software Operations Manager to join our team at Jobot. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the engineering and software team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to include safety aspects, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Audit engineering and software projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project and operational needs.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, project status, and operational metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with ERP software, preferably 2020 Insight, Cabinet Vision, or similar systems.
  • Small team leadership experience and skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Cabinet experience and knowledge of industry-specific software.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Project Management experience and skills.
  • Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD proficiency.
