Job Title: ERP Manager

Job Summary:

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Solar Eclipse ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epicor Solar Eclipse and a strong understanding of its architecture, modules, and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure the Solar Eclipse ERP system to meet the company's operational needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data within the ERP system, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the system to its full potential.
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead ERP-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with Solar Eclipse and other third-party vendors to manage software updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features.
  • Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT, to understand their needs and ensure the ERP system supports their functions effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP systems, with at least 3 years specifically working with Solar Eclipse.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in Solar Eclipse ERP system, with a strong understanding of its architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing ERP projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change within an organization.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • May be asked to occasionally operate in areas with moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include, heat and humidity. When working in the warehouse, noise level may be loud at times.
