Job Summary:

As a seasoned ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ERP systems across various divisions. This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to drive process improvement and business transformation. You will work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and provide expert support in data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage project resources, including team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and process improvement.
  • Provide expert support in data analysis and reporting, leveraging tools like Microsoft O365 and Smartsheet.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project status updates and risk management.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in PMO leadership, with a focus on financial system implementations and business field software.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft O365, Teams, and Smartsheet, with the ability to provide advanced support in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
