Program Leadership and Support

  • Provide strategic direction to achieve the administrative goals and vision of the graduate program.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with university, department, and program policies and procedures.
  • Recommend and develop new internal policies, guidelines, and procedures to enhance program operations.
  • Evaluate business processes and lead process improvement initiatives for the department and programs.
  • Analyze and resolve complex administrative issues and provide alternative solutions to ensure program success.
  • Manage the development of internal academic and administrative policy.
  • Oversee and organize program meetings in collaboration with the Program Director and other program staff.
  • Advise faculty, deans, and senior management on programmatic and policy development.
  • Address and resolve student issues via collaboration with other business units, faculty, staff, and deans.

People Management and Development

  • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and retain a staff support team to ensure program excellence.
  • Develop, mentor, and supervise staff, including employee on-boarding and providing career development planning.
  • Effectively communicate organization information through department/program meetings and regular interpersonal communication.

External Relationships and Recruitment Support

  • Travel to support program recruitment and partnership events in the continental United States.
  • Engage with incoming students, alumni, and Advisory Board members to foster relationships and support program growth.

General Operational Support

  • Develop and maintain program budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Provide IT support for students and facilitate connections to relevant expert business units.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes for data collection, management, and analysis to support accreditation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with excellent understanding of technology.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends.

Full-Time/Part-Time: Full time

Pay Rate: Salary

Salary Range: $75,000 annually; commensurate with experience.
