Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Preparation and Issuance: Generate and issue invoices based on contracts, sales orders, or services rendered.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile billing accounts by identifying and resolving discrepancies between billed and collected amounts.
- Collections and Follow-Up: Monitor accounts receivable to ensure that payments are received on time and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry-specific billing regulations.
- System Management: Maintain and update billing software and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
- Skills: Proficiency in billing or accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong understanding of billing processes and general accounting principles.
LHH Recruitment Solutions offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$32/hour, depending on experience. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
