Job Summary:

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Security Officers to provide exceptional security services for special events in the New York City area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor access points and conduct thorough security checks to ensure the safety and security of attendees and client property.
  • Manage crowds effectively, controlling entry and exit points and maintaining a smooth flow of attendees.
  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests and attendees, adhering to access control procedures as directed.
  • Maintain exceptional communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, prioritizing the security and safety of client property and personnel.
  • Make periodic tours to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; security or related experience, or customer service knowledge with college-level education, can be substituted for work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid NYS Security Guard License.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and maintain physical stamina.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with exceptional customer service skills and ability to verbally de-escalate situations.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
