Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at High Associates Ltd. in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and conducting preventative maintenance assignments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Respond to service requests from tenants and owners, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance assignments to ensure the longevity of our properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inventory management and time tracking.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute maintenance projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • 1-3 years of directly-related building maintenance experience preferred.
  • Universal EPA Certification a plus.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical work, and appliance repair.
  • Flexibility to work a scheduled on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
