Job Summary

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lancaster/Akron Area. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
  • Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair work.
  • Provide customer service and respond to resident inquiries.
  • Conduct grounds and landscaping work as needed.
  • Participate in salt and snow removal duties.
  • May be required to work on-call in the Lancaster, Lititz, Akron, and Reading areas.
  • May be eligible for an on-call bonus.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Working cell phone.
  • Prior residential maintenance experience preferred.
