Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Specialist at Bowlero, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the operational efficiency of bowling equipment, including pinspotters and pinsetters.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a secure working environment.
  • Keeping the maintenance area and equipment organized and clean.
  • Implementing a preventative maintenance schedule for all center machinery.
  • Addressing and resolving mechanical issues such as pin jams and ball return malfunctions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and repair bowling equipment to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
2. Follow safety procedures diligently to promote a safe working atmosphere.
3. Organize and clean the maintenance shop regularly to enhance efficiency.
4. Execute routine maintenance tasks as outlined in the preventative maintenance program.
5. Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
