Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Lancaster/Akron Area. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with resident work orders and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair work as needed.
  • Assist with the turnover of apartments, including cleaning and preparing units for new residents.
  • May perform grounds and landscaping work as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Prior residential maintenance experience preferred.
